No they don't.
The game management team has been horrible the past few years. Waste of payroll.
I had similar experience last year when I had to cancel one of the duplicate pre-orders I made on FC 24. I pre-ordered FC24 via Xbox shop, and then I pre-ordered again via FIFA 23 in-game advertising banner, so I wanted to cancel the duplicate pre-order I made via in-game ad banner. EA KINDLY refunded the duplicate pre-order I made after a few communications but the thing is, they refunded the later pre-order I made so I lost some of the rewards I was supposed to get with the first pre-order I made before deadline (buy before 8/15 or so to get the hero reward).
I then tried to communicate again with the EA team that they refunded wrong, even provided screenshots of my bank account statement showing two different purchases I made, urging them moderators to communicate to the accounting team to understand what's going on, but with so many attempts to clear up this issue, I just kept getting automated replies, couldn't even hear one word if the supporting documentations I provided ever got to the accounting team and looked at.
I just have no respect for ppl that worked at or are working at EA anymore.
