PL POTM Vote Count?

Based on performance stats alone, Salah out-performed Isak and by all merits should have won the POTM.

How did Isak win the vote? What is the vote count and where can someone see it? The EAFC POTM website says that they "Published Results" but there is no actual data available. Where can someone go to see the actual break down of the voting results?
