That using a VPN works for you wwtutttu would mean that your issue is network or ISP based.

Hi Darko, seems you dont know much about networking… You shouldnt give advice about something you are not familliar. Since the creator of this post does not live in the forrest (500 miles from first civilsation) your suggestions are worthless. Please tell the poor man the truth, that is the least you can do.

Pretty familiar with it Baraba636 and the fact that it works with a VPN but not without means that it's a network or ISP based issue.
Please don't jump into threads like this to have a go at CMs trying to help.

It's honestly disappointing...the level of technical support is consistently extremely poor.
The level of technical knowledge appears to be quite limited. Rather than offering any real troubleshooting or even taking feedback into account for future improvements, they simply shift the blame to the ISP. Well done...

EA_Darko What exactly is the role of the Community Manager here? So far, all we get are generic responses and pasted links that don’t solve anything. We’re redirected from support chats to this forum, but there’s no real effort to listen or gather meaningful feedback. Instead of addressing the problems or acknowledging the game’s issues, it feels like we’re ignored or even blamed. If the Community Manager’s job isn’t to engage with the community and help improve things, then what is it for?
This lack of support makes an already frustrating experience even worse.

We have many roles here all3l33 and in this situation it is helping a user get into his game by providing the most relevant and helpful into.
In this case, that it works for the user on a VPN means that the issue then is either network or ISP based and not something that we can assist with beyond sharing the recommend steps to fix connection issues.

darko just admit this game is awful. I was just on my final promotion game to division one that we were about to win in pro clubs, and it kicked me out due to an "error" no other explanation, the game just didn't want us to win. The AIs in pro clubs some how downgraded from last year, they became the dumber than last years, and don't listen to you when you call for the ball.
