I just tried to preload the beta test of EAFC25 from the code that was emailed to me and the Playstation Store crashed, now when I try to do it again it is saying my code has already been used, can I get a new code please or let me know how I can get access?
You should be able to find it in your PS5 Library, My Collection.

I submitted the ea fc 25 beta code that I received in an email, and it redeemed my code I then was taken to a screen where it said download and view product, rather than instantly downloading it I selected view product, it said this product is not available, then it booted me out of the PlayStation store, I re-entered the beta code and it said “This code has already been redeemed” so I am now unable to go and download the beta, any help would be much appreciated.
Same thing with mine but on the Xbox Series S.
PS5 Beta code let me choose between FC25 and something else weirdly named on the menu ... out of curiosity I checked that and now my code says it's been redeemed and I am unable to download FC25 lol. Bummer.
I put my bera code in the store. I got a green tick and then nothing downloaded.

I got my ps5 beta code. I entered it, it worked. Now I can't find anything to do with it.

I received my beta code today and when I went to redeem it, I clicked download on the game and an error occurred. Now it says the code has already been redeemed but nothing has downloaded.
I spoke to an EA advisor who said they don’t have the tools do assist.
Please can I have some assistance with this?

I had sort of the same problem. I redeemed the code but it said “free up some storage” so i exit out and delete a couple games but when i go back and re enter the code it says “this code has already been used.” Can someone please tell me how to get it or how I can get another code? Thank you.
After I redeemed my code on EA app (note that my perferred platform was set to xbox series yet they send me a pc code) it said that the download doesn't work. So after that, I canceled the download in order to redownload it so it wouldn't work, it was removed from my library and also when i try to redeem the code again, it says the code was already redeemed
I entered the code on the Microsoft store but was on the wrong account and it said it would start downloading but hasn’t. I switched to the correct account but it says the code has been redeemed however it isn’t downloading or anything
