Unfortunately there's no cross-progression in FC 25, so you'll have to play with separate teams on each platform.

As for what profile is used in the webapp, you can switch between them in the settings tab.

I don't have access to those numbers anyways, unfortunately. Hopefully cross-play will make that less of an issue though. 🙂
