I turned off beyond broadcast in the audio settings and the whistle seems to be working as normal now

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a match.
What happens when the bug occurs? Any time there is a foul or a goal kick, or when it reaches half time or full time there are no whistle sounds. When you get to the menu (either automatically after cut scenes or by pressing the Options button) all the previous referee whistle sounds are played together at the same time.
What should be happening instead? The referee whistle sounds should be playing at the correct time while playing the match.

Yes you're right, thanks - this bug happens with Beyond Broadcast is set to "On". Works fine for the other options "Off" and "Hybrid"
