I BOUGHT A PACK WITH FP, BUT BEFORE THAT I CHECKED % OF WHAT PLAYERS I CAN PACK, THERES PERCENTAGE FOR SHAPESHIFTERS CARDS THAT ARE NOT IN THE GAME YET. DOES IT MEAN MY PACKPULL % IS DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE TODAYS CONTENT DROP? I FELT KIND OF SCAMMED WITH % OF CARDS I COULD HAVE
I also opened a couple of packs in the store with the understanding that I could get a shapeshifters item due to the pack stating there was a chance to pack one of these cards. I know find out that they were never in packs and therefore EA have falsely advertised a product. I understand mistakes can happen in game and seeing as they quite quickly after I opened the packs removed the shapeshifters from the percentage odds they are aware of the issue. I am just hoping i get compensated fairly as I assume everyone else affected by this hopes so too.
After contacted EA help they stated that they resolved the issue and contacted players affected in game but I can't help but think this is a lie? can anyone confirm if they have had any compensation regarding this error from EA
Yeah I contacted them too they didn’t seem to help me either and I haven’t received anything I spend a lot of points on it too hoping for smth
False AD as always, EA will not give you anything, I spent a lot to those pack also, got nothing from it either
You where fully aware that SH would not be in packs, just trying to abuse an visual error.
Ea this is complete bs I’ve opened 30 packs and I haven’t got a single shapeshifters you need to up the chances of these packs
