Since December 20th I still dont have transfer market web and companion

After playing this game for 115 hours I still dont have access to web app or companion transfer market. Which I playing since Fifa 21. Created my first case in december 20th. First I thought I get banned from market but after talking with support learned that I just didnt get access. He suggested that I should play more. So I did for 2 more months. Mean time opened up 2 more cases ended up with same result. They still telling me that I Should play more and diverst. I am playing rivals, squad battels, rush and even clubs (Level 60). Can someone please help me get my access. this is unreal.

Yeah Sure, I will play until FC 26 maybe you guys will give me access than. As I said I already played the game +100 hours. What a joke! Also The person who told me to write here is one of your live supports.

As the article says, it's more than just playing the game. If your account was actioned in the past for violating the Terms of Service, that can cause a delay or not allow access. Having other accounts on the same console that also play FC UT can cause a delay with the market opening on the app as well.

Yesterday, I bought 1000 FC points. Short time after that I get my access.

Same issue since last Nov., but I bought fc points almost twice a week…still no access…

Buying points does not help unlock the market. All the details for opening the market on the app are found in this article.

I'm now locking this thread. You'll just need to keep playing. We are unable to unlock the market manually for you.
