Yes, it's broken and EA seem to have made their stance clear that they don't give a s*** by ignoring every single post about the erratic gameplay in career mode after the Refresh patch.
Never seen a game where settings default or worse effect the game in such a way that it becomes more broken and erratic to the point it's unplayable but of course in FC it happens - why? Because unlike most companies EA simply couldn't give a f about certain customers.
Anyone that has a problem with this game, those that have posted here or reading (and I know there are likely thousands) should do themselves a favour and not buy the next iteration.
Monitor this forum and others, take the poor reviews and ratings as an indication and add to the decline next year, add to the 300k who haven't bothered with the garbage this time round - they're the smart ones.
