Ea responded in your last post. They said they needed more info to help you.
You can do the connection test on here and take a screenshot with your match history. You can also take a video with the online input overlay on. This will show you any delay or controller issues as it will show you two controllers on the screen. One is your local connection and one is the server connection. This will show any issues you are having.
Where is this connection test ?
