We need aftermatch feedback about players in RUSH!

Hello everyone! I think some might agree with me some not, but RUSH gamemode have some problems. 

Here is couple examples why i want to rate gamers in RUSH.
1st and main problem is AFK players. I played 84 Rush games and in 65 of them we have at least one AFK (they just bind key on keyboard and doing nothing)! And we can`t do anything with that. No reports, no feedback, nothing. You should just prepare yourself for losing game and waste 10 minutes in unequal game. 

2nd - Soloist players. I mean its okay when you skilled and can help to win playing solo a lot. But mostly - 1 trick players who always losing ball and not giving passes to teammates. Mostly they dont even bother to help defending. They are just staying near offside line, waiting ball, losing ball and repeat for whole game. 
This type of players kills joy of this gamemode. Sometimes you think about play couple game of RUSH, try to grind some quests or have fun, but really you start remembering what you lost 20-0 with 3 AFK in last game and you`ll like nah, i better play another gamemode, or even another game.

I think we really need to have some instruments to rate players, or at least couple buttons to report AFK players or give feedback to this soloists who ruin whole game for everyone.
