Suggestion for FC 25 / FC 26 – Referee Career Mode

I’d like to suggest a new feature that could bring a fresh and unique experience to the game: a Referee Career Mode. Just like Player and Manager Careers, this mode would let players experience football from a totally different and often overlooked perspective — that of the match official.

In this mode, we could start as a lower-league referee, make real-time decisions during matches (cards, offsides, fouls, VAR calls, advantage play), and work our way up to top-tier leagues and international tournaments. You could also include performance ratings, reputation systems, crowd pressure, and controversial situations requiring ethical judgment.

Why this could be great:

Offers a strategic, educational, and fresh angle on football.

Adds replay value and depth for fans looking for something new.

Stands out as an innovative feature rarely seen in sports games.
