Too Many Computers Error PC

when I launch the game I get this message "Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of fc 25 recently. Please try again later." 

I have only installed the game on a single computer. I recently reinstalled Windows, and since then, I have been unable to play due to this error.

It is unbelievable that this error has been around for so long without being fixed
