Commentary disappears in the game

Hi EA team,

The in-game commentary often disappears during matches. Sometimes it comes back but very quietly, almost inaudible, or not at all. Later, it might return at normal volume, but the issue keeps happening and lasts for a long time.

I’m experiencing a recurring issue in [EA SPORTS FC 25] on PlayStation 5 — the match commentary disappears completely during gameplay. This happens randomly across various game modes, but it’s especially noticeable in Career Mode.

Sometimes the commentary is present at kickoff and then stops after a few minutes. Other times, it’s missing entirely from the start. This really affects immersion, and restarting the match or game doesn’t always fix it.

I’ve checked my audio settings, reinstalled the game, and even tried switching languages, but the issue keeps coming back.

Is this a known bug? Any fix coming soon?
