So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens. now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item (CM: title edited for visibility purposes)

Exact same issue happening with me. Tried everything and now I probably won't reach level 40 if not resolved...as well as open a pack ever again!
