A number of us in the community have run into a frustrating issue during the current Champions Finals objective in FC 25.
The objective requires you to play 15 Champions Finals matches to earn a 1 of 5 93+ TOTS Player Pick reward — but for some players, a game-breaking problem has made this impossible to complete.
During one of the 15 matches, players are randomly being kicked from the game with the error:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”
This error forfeits the match, counting it as a loss, and prevents progression toward the 15-match requirement — even if all 15 matches were attempted fairly.

I got disconnnected from my game right after in finished and got dnf and got an L and can now not complete the objective that requires to play 15 champs games.
I was in a FUT champs game 7-4 record when I just get a disconnect in my next game at 1-1. I cannot log on into ea servers anymore either. If this counts to a game played then I cannot get my play 15 objective done. Help
ive had the same problem and it was for 3 games in a row and my internet is fine and they just made me quit i even was winning all 3 games. Its not fair now i cannot get the 15 games objective done and i was on the verge of seleteing the game. I want a way so they can give me those games back or idk
I was casually playing the game to get the 15 games reward which was the 1 of 5 93+ pp.
i had 5 matches left, I was at the 115th minute I believe and boom game disconnected me and I am now one game away from getting the player pick.

Same thing just happened to me compensation please. My screen said ultimate team is not available to server traffic
Same here, got disconnected from the opponent error, and I was kicked to Main HS. and when I logged back in I have a DNF
If we all revolt we can get compensation come onnn
Finished a game of champs and as I was loading into the end results screen a message popped up saying connection was lost.
but immediately after I was fine and able to load in and play another champs game no problem

Same for me .. in a middle of the game I got disconnected once again .. then I log in back into the game and I was told I quit .. so I lost a game and it’s now impossible for me to achieve the objective of the 15 games played .. really fed up of these crappy servers .. how is it possible in 2025 and all the billions you make to have that kind of **bleep** servers … I want my objective or at least the pack I should have gotten from it
I was in a champs match down 2-3 and i got disconnected so i cant even do the 15 match objective

I played my champions games this week and I played all 15 of my games I went on to claim my objective from the champions legacy objective and it said I had only played 7 games when I had played all 15 this week. I think the objective is glitched and please can I have compensation for this.
I have been kicked out of a fut champs game after winning and jave been told i was diconnected from the server. I have also been given a loss when i have very clearly won. This game has also not contributed to the new 15 play games objective and now i can no longer get my 1 pf 5 93+ tots pick.
i won my 10th game in champs and disconnected when the game finished and now i can’t get 11 wins
Just played all 15 futchamps matches without leaving Any of them, because theres objective where you get 1 of 5 tots pick. After last game i press advance and all and when the game should show me what rank i got and all the rewards, game just freezed. I waited couple of minutes and nothing happend so i restarted the game. And then i get in to game and i get my champs rewards. But when i check the objective it Sayed i was only played 14 matches not 15… Sooooo what should i do?? Maybe just uninstall?

Hi exactly same with me I was winning game and kicked me out to menu and gave me loss and DNF
