My account is since 2010, last 3 years are unplayable.

I came here to find solutions and can’t have chat with ea help!

something is WRONG!

i tried another ID same console same connection and everything is smooth!, its only my main account

The only solution is to change ID with a new one :)

BTW, I knew my account is broken when I play with someone co-op the gameplay runs normal and smooth, we need an explanation??
