account suspended

been enjoying access of the game from EA Showcase on PC for the last couple of days. randomly hit with an account suspension when im doing nothing but SBC's and the occasional squad battle/rush match. the email said i have been suspended for cheating so im kinda lost here. if this is how EA welcomes new and returning players im happy i skipped 21-24
