Account

I created a new account on my Xbox and then I wanted to log into companion. I write my email: good and when they wanted the password I got it right but then this come out: your credentials are incorrect or have expired. I created a new password and still the same and than I wanted to log into the ea web and I wrote my email but I created a new account. Please help
