Ban or bug ?
Greeting community managers, I would like to get a help because I started to get depressed in real life
I have made a case in EA help but I really need to get a fast answer because I'm not feeling well, my case is #189845017
I think the points i want to address are the following. First of all , I have bought the game 23/09/2024 from "x" which is known as a recommended digital store by many of my friends. I truly have no intention to illegally buy anything that is not meant to be sold or bought in a certified manner. I provided the needed evidence related to the purchase. I have fc 25 on my steam account and everything is fine but once I made an account on EA and linked it to the steam account first it worked fine and today I recieved an email from EA with a ban of the account with this ' We have found your account to be in violation of our user agreement or our terms of sale. My account got perma close and I think that I didn't do anything wrong I would really like to get a serious help , I'm just tired all of my happiness got destoryed after the joy I have felt and I was waiting for friday to help with my friends
