Cannot connect to ea servers right now

    I ended up uninstalling and redownloading and that worked for me.

Hi I have not heard anything back but have dug a little deeper into other cases in the past with a similar thing and I think we must just have to wait for the people at ea to respond to our message and go from their as that is usually how people have got unbanned by being simply patient so I will try report back if my emails get noticed.
