Cant connect to ea servers through lan cable

I have just got fc25 on a ps4 but cannot connect to ea servers by lan cable I can by wifi but have lag and I can also play other games fine with the lan cable. When I switch to lan cable and try to connect to ea servers it will go to connect me and then instantly say I lost connection to ea servers. I’ve tried changing the cable and nothing I’ve tried has worked so far, I also tried using an account I have been playing fc25 on fine the whole year on this ps4 and had the exact same problem. Can I have help with this
