Can't play online due to gamepass pop up

I'm gamepass account sharing with my friend, their account has gamepass, I've set their account as my home account, however when I sign into my account it doesn't let me play EA FC 25 online saying I need gamepass? Additionally I can't play EA FC 25 on their account, I get the same pop up but it says there's no offers. I can play other online games however.

I've also done this for years, and it's only now not working after we renewed the subscription. 

Does anyone know? I know how to step up game sharing too, been doing it years.
