Code redeemed, but game is not in the library

I bought a EAFC 25 Ultimate code for 100€ and redeemed it, but the game doesnt show in my EA library. I tried to reinstall the App but it doesnt work.

Hi,

I have the same issue,

I can see FC25 on the EA help page, but It's not available in the library to download.

I have already cleared the cache, flushed DNS, uninstalled and reinstalled EA App, tried on a different PC.

Can anyone help?

Also having the same problem.. 

I did receive my 4600 Fcpoints but no game in library
