Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with FC 25!
If you are still getting an error about "Do not have necessary permissions to advance", first try to restore your PSN license and check for any available updates.
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
If you continue getting this message let us know the following:
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- What region are you in?
- Which version of FC 25 do you own?
- Did you purchase FC25 from the PSN Store or another retailer?
- Do you have an active PSPlus or EA Play subscription?
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
