EA connection quality report website not working for me

I’ve been playing ultimate team for the past week and ea’s website hasn’t given me a connection score neither has it tracked any of the data from matches  I’ve played in match history. And yes I have the share usage data option on in game. I have reason to believe that my data isn’t being synced/relayed properly with ea game data centers can someone at ea look into this plus my gameplay feels terrible it feels like I’m playing handicapped in matches. Score just reads na/100 also there are no indicators during the matches that tell me my ping, packet loss or jitter is failing.i also live in los Angeles so im not really far away from a server so that can’t be an issue either.
