I got home on Saturday, in the meantime the EA APP probably updated and I can't run the game since then. Or rather, I can, but it either freezes right at the start, or in the game menu, or when I turn on the game. I played about 3 SB matches on Sunday morning so I was hoping the problem was solved. However all Saturday night and yesterday afternoon and evening it was throwing the message - DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG.
I have tried all the possible tutorials I found on the internet and on various forums and youtube, but none of the advice solved my problem. I contacted livechat, there I got advice that I had already tried and was therefore advised to report the problem here.
dxdiag shows no problem on the graphics card. Drivers are up to date. I have reinstalled the game, i did clean boot PC, edited the registry, but unfortunately nothing helped...
I'm very frustrated ... please help ☹️

Ea fc 25 is probably the reason behind multiple high blood pressure patients. This game is becoming unplayable and * day by day. this is not a rant this is a serious concern. Please fix your game asap orelse you'll soon die out. same issue coming over and over again for me too.
