EA fc 25 tactics cannot be saved

Dear ladies and gentlemen, I recently downloaded the game from the store and I noticed that I can make transfers at club transfers

But the tactics after switching off cannot be saved when restarting, I completely deleted the game again and downloaded it again

What can it be or what can I do about it ???
