EA FC25 crashes only when connecting to server

Unable to connect to servers at all, it crashes my game on ea fc 25. However I tried to skip connecting to server and every thing can be played with no issue. No error message or anything, just goes ...

    For those that are still having trouble launching the game we have a similar thread below we recommend checking out if you're getting stuck on the splash screen.

    It could be programs running the background which was highlighted in the reply and explained in our help article.

Okay, I am on Hp laptop, I don't know if it can work for everyone,

analyzing the processes it seems that there is an error with the SECOCL.exe file which is related to the audio driver.

Disabling it will not affect the computer's audio. I did it and solved the problem.

I hope it will help:
Press Win+R
type services.msc and run
search for Sound Research SECOMN Service
right-properties-disable-terminate-apply and restart the pc.

    JUST CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR YOUR ACCOUNT 

    JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE I ALSO CHANGED MY NAME ID

      you might think you have the solution for now, we will see you here again tomorrow to apologies. changing the password worked only once for me. but I will try the email thing
