Question

I gave been kicked out of ultimate team completely for half an hr each time during 3 matches of champs I played this weekend and it's not the first weekend I have lost out on so many rewards and as most players agree champs is a grind and it's annoying putting hard work into getting kicked from servers and no compensation for this matter

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
