issue that happened to me and still until now , about connecting to the internet, all games that I have it’s okay but FC25 no even if it works I can’t access more than 3 minutes before crashing again, this issue happened after the system down for PlayStation/ I don’t know what happened but I try to fix this problem with all youtube videos but still nothing happened
Community ManagerHi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Still not available , I try to login from others Ps5 devices the game open and I can play, but in my primary Ps5 not working

Community ManagerThanks for trying. As a test, connect your console to a mobile hotspot and see if that works. Again, this is just as a test. Also, you may need to power cycle your console after connecting to the hotspot.
I’m having the same issue, was able to play 3 games continuously after the update before disconnecting from servers again and now it’s again disconnecting repeatedly after 5 minutes.

Playing on ps5, it’s a similar issue which occurred after the PSN outage. Did everything mentioned here already, even tried different internet connections LAN and WiFi, still the issue is not resolved.
Community ManagerAs a test, can you try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if that lets you connect.
