Ea Servers not available

Hi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Still not available , I try to login from others Ps5 devices the game open and I can play, but in my primary Ps5 not working

Thanks for trying. As a test, connect your console to a mobile hotspot and see if that works. Again, this is just as a test. Also, you may need to power cycle your console after connecting to the hotspot.

I’m having the same issue, was able to play 3 games continuously after the update before disconnecting from servers again and now it’s again disconnecting repeatedly after 5 minutes.

What platform are you playing on?

Playing on ps5, it’s a similar issue which occurred after the PSN outage. Did everything mentioned here already, even tried different internet connections LAN and WiFi, still the issue is not resolved.

after I contacted the hotspot it is working , but when I back for LAN OR WIFI the issue comes back
