EA Servers Unavailable

I'm playing on Xbox Series X, I have tried all the steps shown on the ea website (close background apps, restart router,  change domain name system) as well as the ones they have on Xbox which are pretty similar. I have reset my console, redownloaded the game and it still doesn't change anything

Thanks for getting back to me. As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. When you do that, hard restart your Xbox by holding down the power button until it turns off. Then, turn it on and try again. Let me know if this works or not. Again, this is just as a test. If it works, it's not mean to be a permanent solution.

Hi, that won’t work as a solution as I can’t use data to play the game, after switching back to wired connection the issue has continued 

Sorry, that's my fault. I didn't recall asking you to try the mobile hotspot as a test. Of course, we don't want you having to play over a mobile hotspot. The point of that test was to narrow down where the issue lies. Since you can connect using a hotspot, it means the issue is with your home network equipment or ISP. Make sure your modem/router has the latest firmware update. Also, check your ethernet cables for any damage. They should be at least Cat6 as well. 

I would also recommend contacting your ISP and sharing these details with them. There have been times where ISPs needed port information to allow those connections. Unfortunately, we can't give that out. Regardless, that meant it was on their end so they would need to fix it.

I have the same problem, every game i play besides FC25 works without disconnections, meanwhile i get disconnected every 2 minutes from EA servers with my home internet, it had always work for the past 6 months and now all of a sudden i can't play anymore 

EA_Aljo Yet again we get to the end of the working week and players want to relax and enjoy playing Ultimate Teams in FC25. 

Yet during matches, opening packs, or just being sat in Ultimate Teams menu all of a sudden we get the "unable to connect to EA servers" message and we're kicked out of Ultimate Teams and back to main menu.

Despite all the suggestions of how to improve connectivity that I've done repeatedly over the last couple of weeks there is no improvement.

Everything else internet related works fine, non EA games, streaming services, YouTube videos etc, it's just connection to your servers/games that is the issue.

Your servers either can't cope with the amount of players trying to play during the TOTS releases or there is a serious flaw in how your servers connect each user onto your servers.

Even had the EA App decide not to work today and had to repair that. If there was another football game even half as good as your is when it works then every player will stop buying your games!

Have now been booted out of Ultimate Teams when playing a Squad battle Thursday evening, Friday evening, Saturday morning (9am) and afternoon (3:20pm)

That's a third of counting matches this week being "rewarded" with zero point
