EA Servers Unavailable
I can’t access FUT because every time I try to connect to ea servers it says they’re down. I have troubleshot everything and spoken to an advisor who also couldn’t help
I have the same problem, every game i play besides FC25 works without disconnections, meanwhile i get disconnected every 2 minutes from EA servers with my home internet, it had always work for the past 6 months and now all of a sudden i can't play anymore
EA_Aljo Yet again we get to the end of the working week and players want to relax and enjoy playing Ultimate Teams in FC25.
Yet during matches, opening packs, or just being sat in Ultimate Teams menu all of a sudden we get the "unable to connect to EA servers" message and we're kicked out of Ultimate Teams and back to main menu.
Despite all the suggestions of how to improve connectivity that I've done repeatedly over the last couple of weeks there is no improvement.
Everything else internet related works fine, non EA games, streaming services, YouTube videos etc, it's just connection to your servers/games that is the issue.
Your servers either can't cope with the amount of players trying to play during the TOTS releases or there is a serious flaw in how your servers connect each user onto your servers.
Even had the EA App decide not to work today and had to repair that. If there was another football game even half as good as your is when it works then every player will stop buying your games!
Have now been booted out of Ultimate Teams when playing a Squad battle Thursday evening, Friday evening, Saturday morning (9am) and afternoon (3:20pm)
That's a third of counting matches this week being "rewarded" with zero point

Going to be difficult even to complete the 3 matches required for Daily Play objective too.
Two rush matches crashed with ubiquitous DNF finish message.. If I ever complete an online match again I'll get awarded no coins!
Bombed out whilst in Transfer Market, trying to complete SBCs too.
