Would it be possible to get more information on this?

- Which platform are you on?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

I am playing on PC through the EA application -- EA ID: vawolfshadowThere is no error message that pops up at any point with this issue. The game simply starts up to a black screen and remains that way unless force closed, though as mentioned, it can be heard that the game is trying to start up. It has happened every time I have tried to open the game today with no successful attempts of getting further than this black screen. Attached is my dxdiag file.

Can we try the following steps?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

- @EA_Illium After trying all of these steps, the game still does not operate.
I bought EA FC 25 on Steam but it doesnt work. Everytime I launch it, it only gets to the small black and green loading screen. After that it simply doesnt start. I contacted EA about it, but they couldn`t help and told me to wait for them to contact me again, but I havent heard from them since. Did anybody have a similar issue and is able to help? It would be appreciated.
