Error Communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers
When we try to change the team this is the error that appears and we are not able to play:
“There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again.”
We’ve had this issue for several days. We’ve tried the following:
- resetting FC25
- made sure game is up to date
- Powered off the PS5 completely
- on companion we cleared all the players and added them back
- deleted FC25 completely off PS5 and brought it back
with all of these attempts. We still get the same error.
“There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again.”
Not sure what to do next — and cannot find a contact number or email for EA to try to address this with them either. Anyone with any tips or advice?
