Extra time token issue

I have already registered a complaint about the extra time daily picks token freezing even I didn't exchange it shows I already done, it shows like 1/1 limit exceeded. I got a 115 ovr player in star scout how can I claim that without tokens, it's the second happening like this even in the first time solution have been provided. If this time no solution I'm going to uninstall the FC mobile game. Thank you.
