FC 25 Not Launching

FC 25 Not Launching when i open the game after anticheat loading game didnt opening and again open ea app

I moved your thread to the Technical Issues board to help you troubleshoot.

Did you see an EA Anticheat error message or an EA app error message at any time? 

In the meantime, I recommend that you reinstall the EA Anticheat, clear the cache, and, if this situation persists afterward, also reinstall the game.

i tried everything but the same error still persists, i also formatted my laptop
