FC 25 Xbox Series X|S – EA Connect invitations not working

I cannot reliably send game or party/lobby invitations through EA Connect. Sometimes it says the invitation was sent, but the other player receives nothing. Other times it says the invitation failed. Xbox messages and Xbox party invitations work normally.

I have already checked Cross-Play, blocked players, notification settings, EA/Xbox account linking, restarted the console, removed the game from Quick Resume, and performed a full power cycle. The issue still happens
