FC25 Crashing during game on PC

Some troubleshooting steps to try: 

1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

@EA_Barry what about on Series X? My game crashes CONSTANTLY. Have made my own thread on this, but no reply. I have been contacting EAHelp via socials for months. Nothing. 

I've tried to play three games this evening, game has crashed during each. Which of course means I get a DNF. Joy. 

Oh, and a guy has messaged to say he's reported me for quitting. Which I didn't do. The game did it for me. Again. 

Mate its stuffed, I have tried everything known to man on PC and it keeps happening, every single game apart from rush for some weird reason. At this point I want a refund for the game and any money spent because I now can't play the game. And same as you silence from EA in the sense they aren't telling us what the actual problem is. Obviously they know as they keep making all these suggestions however they won't share the actual issue.

Beyond a joke for such a major company. Going back to other games for now.
