I do not have autohot key installed on my Pc or have it open, i have tried all the support troubleshooting and nothing has helped, this has occoured randomly and after at least 2 months still hasnt changed. Any suggestions?
ive looked through all the solutions, i could do a clean install of windows but i dont think that should be neccesary to run a game... especially since EA has enough money to make sure their game works... if you have any other solutions somewhere then id be happy to hear them however i have a feeling this wont be resolved
EA_Aljo well look, ive installed auto hot key so i actually have it (because i didnt before) and ive uninstalled it with revo because it was the main recommened solution it deleted everything to do with autohot key and still it persists that i have it which is according to revo impossible i have no files left to delete and, if i have to scour through hundereds of files to possibly find something insiginificant that triggers the anti cheat then idk what to say other than the anti cheat has a problem. :/
Community ManagerWe're not aware of this being an issue with anticheat. The best I can suggest is to make sure you try everything that is suggested in those other threads.
EA_Aljo I have tried using Revo uninstaller which was the most common suggestion as the other ones dont apply, i only had one auto hot key log to delete which was for windows 8 and still the game wont launch, it launches when i repair the anticheat but this works once and if my game doesnt launch which it doesnt sometimes (another issue with the game) i have to repair it again and again. i have tried multiple of the solutions offered and nothing helps. if it works after i repair the game and anti cheat it seems to suggest its an anti cheat issue surely?
