Thanks, can you see if the following steps will help you fix this issue?
- Restore licenses
- Check for Updates
- Clear Cache (close off your console and unplug the power cable for 2 minutes)
- Free up more storage space
- Unplug other devices from your console
- Reinstall the Game

I did all of these things and it still freezes and lags. The EA FC green triangle pops up and it stays loading until you close the game and try again... Sometimes it won't even enter ultimate team, it will just load forever in the rush loading screen. Seems like many are having this problem, not just 1 or 2 people

I'm having the same issue, if I'm lucky after closing the game and restarting it again a few times it might let me have a game only to have the loading issue when I try doing other ultimate team things

This is precisely what is happening to me.
Even if it does load, it only works for 2-3 minutes at most and then freezes with the loading arrow.
Frustrating and I have missed objectives because of it.

EA need to sort out the servers plain and simple, I go into SBCs and the green fc triangle at the bottom is there for about 2 minutes before it disconnects me and sends me to the main menu, happens every time I go into UT

Man here in Australia, this same issue is happening and is so frustrating, it is taking me 6 minutes to get into Ultimate Team, I followed these instructions but it is worse now!
do you know if there is gonna be a patch or something? At this moment the game is unplayable, is EA aware that there is new competition around the corner?

How can you explain after I won the match in Fut champions, I press advance to go for next game and I been kicked out from game and lose this game I won , referee whistle the game I won it . And you have no answer , I been kicked out from fut champs because at 6pm uk time the new promotion just released of course players connect to ultimate team for TOTY promotion to open their packs , and I lost the game because of your servers connection not my internet connection. It’s EA fault no my fault . I open a ticket , and nothing , EA just ask me to do troubleshooting, there is no troubleshooting on my side , is on your side . Of course I was stuck out of ultimate team for about an hour , I couldn’t connect to UT I couldn’t open my packs in the time of TOTY release, how do I know the algorithm didn’t give me a TOTY player at that time if I EA allows me to connect in the game! So guys as I say, customers are just numbers for you . EA NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEMS
