FC25 becoming unusable on PS5, overheating all the time despite me following all the guidance to clean it, cool it, position it upright and not enclosed. There are various similar posts on here reporting the same issue. To clarify, other games do not cause the same issue so it’s isolated to this game

Community ManagerThere are parts of the console that are hard to access, if you have used a can of compressed air to blast the dust out of the heatsinks and still crash, you may need to have the console 'professionally' cleaned.

Only reason the PS5 consoles are shutting down is because of your broken game mate, it's not dust sunshine, sort it out. No other game shuts my PS5 console down, and this problem has only occurred since your abysmal continuous updates. At this rate nobody will be playing EAFC 25 by Christmas.
I just got my PS5 slim brand new yesterday, there is so dust at all and it overheats only when I play FC25, sometimes overheats in the menu, this doesn't happen with any other game
I have exactly the same issue. Only happens when I am playing ea fc 25. The PS5 suddenly shutdowns. The HDMI is extremely hot. I play other games like COD, Fortnite,etc for hours and never happens. Also I cleaned the console and changed the refrigerator liquid.

This issue is a fc25 problem not a dust problem I have mine cleaned regularly professionally this is the only game that's over heating my ps5 and many others everyone I know with fc25 has this issue I ve documented my cleaning for the inevitable law suit class action that will come there way eventually any one expecting a response from EA or admiting it by reporting it here is delusional they should respond the is there technical problem forums the fact they haven't responded won't help them in the long run
guys , same here after latest update on ps5 slim i can't play fc25 more than 15 minutes in manager career mode it will just keep saying ps5 is too hot and the fan will work fast af it's either from Playstation guys or unstable ea update
and before anyone mention anything about cleaning my fan out , no its not about them i test my console on the quarry, red dead 2 , uncharted 4 and my fan didn't make any sound at all and they run very smoothly.
Mine is having the same issue. I had it professionally cleaned, and still after 15min of playing FC25, my ps5 cuts out. It's sucks to have your favorite kind of game, but can't enjoy it. When mine comes back on, I'm downloading FC24. EA needs to fix their problems, if they want to keep their players' support.
Yeah my PS5 Slim too does this problem. When i play FC25 when it reached match intro before playing the match you will hear the fan goes like an aéroplane engine. And after that it comes message that says “ your PS5 is too hot” and it turns off itself.
Also this problem comes during negotiate tranfers in Manager Career mode. When that part comes, the fan goes crazy and “ your PS5 is too hot” message appears and the machine beeps 3 times and it shut down itself. So EA please you have to solve these problems now. The problem it’s not our PS5 machines but it’s your game (FC25) for sure.
