FC25 Sound/Audio

Hi, 

I am having a situation. I want to have the game in silent mode, I don't want to listen to any music, sounds, commentaries, nothing. I do what Support bot says:

"To turn off all audio/sound from the game in FC25, follow these steps:
1. Launch FC25.
2. In the Main Menu, open Settings.
3. Select Settings, then Game Settings.
4. Use the right analog stick to go to Audio.
5. From the Audio settings, you can adjust the volume levels for various aspects of the game, including commentary, sound effects, and music.
6. To turn off all audio/sound, set the volume levels to 0 for commentary, sound effects, and music.
7. Save the settings. Now, all audio/sound will be turned off in FC25."

This works partially because every time in Ultimate mode, that I am going to a match it appears the sound of the intro of the match and it is too loud. If I play Clubs, when it starts a rush match, I have again the intro of the match with too much noise (music and commentary) but still in the game I have commentaries, the full match. I already checked million times my settings, in Audio settings, I have everything that I can turn off and volume like zero, but doesn't work for these situations. 

Anyone with the same problem? Can you support me?
