FC25 Won't Launch - "Error on Our End" (ROG Ally / Token Issue)

Hi everyone, I’ve been playing EA Sports FC25 on my ROG Ally (Windows handheld, AMD CPU, Razer controller) for months with no issues, except for one previous minor glitch that resolved itself. Now, when I try to launch the game, I get: “An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Please try again later.” I’ve already reinstalled and re-registered EA AntiCheat, cleared the EA App cache, and repaired the game, but this time it’s not working at all. I’ve submitted a token help request to EA and received Report ID: 2ec36fdf-211a-45f7-a053-d7df760c6674. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there any update on a fix?

    I found a fix for this issue, funnily enough it has nothing to do with EA and was caused by a windows update messing with EA anti cheat.

    If you go to windows update and uninstall the latest update (KB5065789) from around 3rd/4th October it fixes itself.

    I'm getting the exact same issue but not with fc 25, i get it with FC 26 and also with Skate. 

    I'm also on Asus Rog Ally and like you say I've reinstalled (the games and the ea app and anticheat) and cleared cache multiple times but no matter what neither of these games will load up now. This is an issue as of yesterday.

    My research points to the issue being either with DirectX, as skate actually tells me its a DirectX issue when it fails to launch, or with the AMD Graphics Driver. I'll let you know if reinstalling either of those works for me.

    I've checked and DirectX has no issues, plus also the driver reinstallation didn't work either. still no fix...

    Thanks a lot! Uninstalling the KB5065789 update fixed it for me too. Really appreciate your help. Finally i am back on UT

    I am having this issue on my new Rog Xbox Ally X that has just been released. I can not see the windows update (KB5065789) as stated above to try that fix, I tried all the usual fixes like deleting cache, closing the apps, repairing the download etc etc.

    My F1 game loads fine, so it can not be an issue with EA Play, it seems its an issue somehow with FC25.

    It is very frustrating as I am sure you can imagine.

    Does anyone know of a fix for this new device? Thank you in advance.

    Hi, I was facing this issue and had not downgraded. I've infact upgraded a bunch more times and am currently on update KB5067036 which is a preview update and am generally on 25H2. Is the game still working for you? Because it hasn't for me.
