Community ManagerMost likely, the issue is the packet loss you have. We are constantly monitoring our servers for issues and will act on any that come up. The best I can advise is to speak with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues and to go through the troubleshooting steps here.
Packet loss of 0.04% is literally nothing. It's impossible to have 0% and 0.04% is negligible. Why do you continue this narrative of it being packet loss?
My ISP has found no issues, and I have found no issues on my network.

Please look into what's going on with your servers, or if the game is just poorly optimised. Everyone I know has stopped playing because of poor delay & lag. This is NOT an issue on the consumer's side. I cannot stress this enough; if left unresolved, this will kill the game.
