fps cap is not working in setup file and ingame settings after the TU11. the game overwrite the fps and force you to play with uncapped fps and that gives a huge input delay and stuttering... Dear EA...
I thought it's the anti-cheat again but apparently it's this fps cap glitch, i play the game capped on 60 fps with vsync on and it was perfect no input lag no micro stutters I guess it's not capped anymore that's why it's stuttering
