Fps lag

hey I ve been using fc 25 for 2 months so far,never had any lag issues,I had stable fps always,I have a 144 hz monitor,RTX 2060,Ryzen 5 2600 with 16 gb of ram and a 900 W power supply which is enough...

I tried both,yet its the same,did the whole guide on the link u sent too,repaired and nothing rlly changed

    I tried it but it didnt change,even reinstalled the game after the repairs
