Frame drops on FC25 career mode after 2 games or so..!

Hello team EA.

I'm getting horrible frame drops on fc25. I usually play career mode on pc. The issue creeps up after 2 games in, the players and the graphics feel jittery and of low quality. It is fine the first couple of games. Every match after that feels unplayable. I have set everything to medium except the grass is on high/ultra.

Kindly help around with this problem since I can't locate the solution to this problem on the forums and it's been a year now.
