Freezing then being kicked from game

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing with FIFA 25 Ultimate Team. During my gameplay sessions, the game frequently freezes and then kicks me out of the match entirely and counts as a loss even though I'm winning before the game freezes and kicks me out. This happens consistently while playing Ultimate Team, and I have verified that my internet connection is stable and works perfectly fine with other online games and services. My internet is fine as it works well on every other game except for fc25. This issue has made the game completely unplayable and unenjoyable. The constant freezing and disconnecting are ruining my experience, and it’s extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount of time and effort I’ve put into building my team and progressing in the game. Every match feels like a gamble, and it’s becoming impossible to enjoy the game as a result.
