FUT champs miss

I played a match in fut champions, during the 1st match in about 42 minutes, I was thrown out of the game to a glowing menu with information that I lost my internment (1. I play on cable, it is unlikely, 2. at that moment I started streaming and had no problems with the internet) When entering the menu I got information about scoring a defeat etc. and I have a score of 0-1 and 14 matches to play. I played the next match, which played normally and I have 13 matches to play. But with the tasks there is a challenge to only PLAY and not resolve 15 matches and now because of the throwing out through no fault of my own, that a maximum of 14/15 resolved so I will not count it. I do not even mean this win, which I lost, but for this prize in the tasks.
